Disappointing

Liked: Decently close to campus
Disliked: Way too expensive. Toilet was not running when we arrived. They turn off the water mid afternoon, possibly due to current construction. Shower pressure was way too hard.

Passable

Location good, value modest.

Liked: Property location was close to UIUC campus, which is what we wanted.
Disliked: Property was under construction, so it was a bit noisy. Prices were opportunistically raised to exorbitant levels during Mothers weekend at the university.

Exceptional

Liked: Convenient location, good price

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The hotel was described as being renovated, but the room I received was extremely old and barely functional. Light sockets hung broken from the fixtures, only two lamps worked, the toilet barely could flush. When I arrived there was no staff.

Liked: Convenient location, a good selection for breakfast
Disliked: Facility is old and a bit run down

Liked: The remodeled room and work being done on the building. The breakfast was best I've had since COVID
Disliked: Rough parking lot and lots of remodeling containers etc on the grounds. Upstairs hallway carpet was real bad, as they keep going on the remodel it will be nice.
