Inexpensive old hotel near UC...

Liked: Closer to UC Berkeley and price was lower than others
Disliked: Very old, furnitures in the room is very old and peeling off, chair had stain and smelled

Liked: The location was right off the freeway easy to access. that is it.
Disliked: Room smelled like mold, Dirty tub, rude staff at check in and check out, I paid $30 MORE than booking.com stated! hallways dirty, exposed conduit doesn't look appealing. Paint falling off walls.

Disliked: Window failed to shut, as the room was on the first floor this seemed unsafe. Room smelled of incense. The incense caused me to have breathing problems. The pillows smelled of mold. Terrible experience and will not return.

Liked: The waffles tasted a bit odd. The kitchen staff was very nice though.
Disliked: The hotel front desk seems to require a bit more training.
