Disliked: No pool or got tub. Very loud fridge and next door had tv so loud tv, you couldn't sleep

Liked: Appeared clean. Easy check in and check out. Quiet most of the time.
Disliked: Hallway on our floor reeked of cigar smoke, toilet in room was way too low for 2 senior ladies with knee issues, keys did not work first time so had to go down to desk to get reprogrammed, a lot of banging and noise outside room after we went to bed but did stop after awhile. Also, sheer curtains in bedroom let in bright outside lights. Pillows could be better… one was just a big round ball stuffed in a pillowcase.Breakfast ends too early . Have not received an itemized receipt of room charges yet- deduction from my bank shows about $50 more than it should have been…

Turned from dreadful to fantastic.

Liked: Aaron was exceptional & delightful. He treated us kindly with humour & respect. Sherry Lynn the next morning was pleasant & professional.
Disliked: We asked to be moved from our room 215 because of the noise from the adjoining room including what sounded like a large dog barking plus the unpleasant cooking smells. Aaron exceeded our expectations with upgraded room on the quiet fresh third floor. Very impressed with him.

Comfortable, pet friendly and nice...

Liked: The rooms were clean and spacious. The bedding was very comfortable.
Disliked: The parking lot area around the building had a lot of litter and cigarette butts. They could do better cleaning that up.

Bugs all over

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It had roaches and human fluids on shower curtain

Not a good value.

Liked: elevators worked
Disliked: Pool was closed the whole weekend. But we were not told until check-in at 9:30pm. Breakfast food was out on Sun. morning. No hot food, waffles, eggs, ect.
