The location was ideal for our purpose and the price was reasonable.

Liked: The front desk staff was very nice; we asked for a quiet, safe room and it was.
Disliked: Room was very dirty, floors especially. Tthere was something sticky and gross all over the inside of the door. It's in need of an upgrade. Toilet became plugged.

Liked: The facility was beautiful and everything was good minus the pillows.
Disliked: The pillows on the bed were square like couch pillows. Standard size pillows are normally used on hotel beds.

Liked: The staff's are in breakfast room area. They need to be trained more professionally. Need to watch over the client if there are needs.
Disliked: Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed.

fabulous value for the cost

Liked: food was great great choices and plenty of food. room was very clean and made up daily. we really enjoyed visiting with our granddaughter, who is a Masters program student at Whitworth University nearby.
