Disliked: Booked the property at booking.com paid for it arrived to the hotel only to get turned around because I’m local and they don’t serve residents that’s in a 25 mile radius now it’s been almost a week and still no status of my refund because I was never checked in for future references there need to be some kind of communication with third party bookings with notices
