Disliked: Had to request twice for shampoo and body wash. Requested for it at 4am and by 7pm they didn't get me more. Wanted a different room with better view but said they're all booked which I don't believe. I booked a king bed and got two queens which I'm very disappointed

Liked: Nice room, friendly staff.
Disliked: Room not cleaned or restocked each day. Ran out of body wash first shower. Faucet came off the sink turning the water on. Toilet seat not fastened down.

Liked: The beds are always comfortable at LaQuinta. That is the reason we use LaQuintwhen we travel.

Liked: Breakfast was fine, but need real butter for toast and waffles
Disliked: The second room was not good. Brother said in had an unpleasant odor, and the heater didn’t work. They did call the front desk and were given another room that was fine, but they should not have been given the bad room in the first place.
