Disappointing

Liked: They have a kitchen so we can cook and heat our food.
Disliked: First, when we arrived at the hotel, the radiator didn't work. So, we stayed our night in cold conditions.In addition, kitchen tools are not good. The coating on all pans and pots comes off badly. Plus, we experienced our room blacked out. I was so disappointed and annoyed about those experiences.

Liked: The communication with the staff was great, and they were super responsive. The room was nice, quiet, and clean. The kitchen was a huge plus, very well-equipped and great for those who want to stay longer in San Francisco and plan to cook sometimes. Also, the resting area was very comfortable.
