Liked: The grounds are immaculate, staff were very helpful. Location of the hotel is great.
Disliked: The mattress was so badly in need of replacing that we couldnt sleep

We would choose another resort...

Liked: Nice pools and pools for adults only.
Disliked: Very expensive compared to our stay in Maui. No kitchen spices, condiments or oils for basic cooking like on Maui. Small quantities of coffee for a 10 day stay. Too much plastic used for salt/pepper, coffee ,soap etc. they need to be more eco friendly. Also would like to see them provide points even though booked thru Booking. Com as it was very expensive.

Great vacation and we plan...

Liked: Clean, attractive comfortable accommodations and facilities. Courteous hosts, and housing staff. My wife said this was the most comfortable bed she ever slept in. The main swimming pool was exceptionally nice and my wife could do her exercise walking very easily.
Disliked: The couch in the living room in 7-401 was very uncomfortable and hurt both our backs to sit and watch TV. We wound up watching TV in the bedrooms. There were no teaspoons with the silverware. There were no coffee filters but we got some from room service.

Wonderful- we will be back.

Liked: The pool was amazing and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained.
Disliked: The gym could use a dehumidifier and some upgrades.

Disliked: Our very expensive room looked over a car park. Totally overpriced. We asked if we could move, understanding it was busy. They said they would try (on 2 occasions) and we never heard back. Silence for 10 days. No direct access to beach. Everything was more expensive than other places.

Disliked: The room is tired and drab…needs updating. The pillows are horrible…vags of lumps.

Liked: We loved our room. Very neat, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer. The pool is amazing! We loved breakfast at the HoloHolo Grill.
