Liked: No air conditioning. Room was 80 degrees or more. No hot water for shower.

Didn’t stay and sure am...

Disliked: We ended not staying because of the grandsons room not being able to be locked. The whole place smelled like bleach, like you were trying to cover something up. The location was rather uncomfortable. Then the clerk tells us that if there is anything the cops will be called right away. Is that suppose to be of some consolation???? I think the booking staff needs to know what they are booking a person into. I’m quite sure most people would not stay there. This is 2023 and that place has a long ways to go. We left and we’re told he could or would not give us our money back. So I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. The place wasn’t even close to full but no money back??? Pretty bad when you get to a place and see how bad it is and then all kinds of vacant rooms but no money back.

Liked: The beds were very comfy!!Staff was very accommodating. Could use an upgrade on linens but they were clean.We had people above us which was quite noisy.We had our service dog with us and it was very convenient to him as well.
Disliked: The linens and just the little things that weren't deal breakers but help to have. Like cups in the room and ice. Id stay again for sure.

A Filthy, Scary Place to...

Liked: Nothing. The place was filthy and the front desk guy was threatening and accusatory. I’ve never been treated so badly in any hotel.
Disliked: The guy at the checkout was scary. They didn’t have an elevator and it wasn’t ADA friendly. The desk manager kept accusing me of having a dog, which I told him was at home and not with me. He kept telling me he was going to charge me if I was lying. He scared me and I felt unsafe. When my family member arrived, he watched us the whole time in a creepy stalker like way. He thought my family member had a dog, which she did not. The funny thing is there were dogs already in some of the rooms, which would occasionally bark. I told him he was rude and that he should be more concerned with the marijauna smell emanating from the first floor. While we walked down the hallway to the staircase, he was looking through a window in the door to the hallway. He watched us the whole time. The room had broken curtain rods. There were bent and stained lamp shades. There was a long black hair on one of the towels. The backside of the door was filthy. The entire hotel was a filthy, sketchy and dangerous place. I would advise no one to ever stay there. When we left in the morning, the same, scary and accusatory man was at the front desk. I told him he was rude, the place is filthy and scary and that I would never be back. He did apologize but by then the damage had already been done. I felt like I was in the twilight zone.
