Pay a little more and get something better.

Liked: Maintenance was quick.
Disliked: #1- problem with check in; bad communication #2 water out for hours #3 19 inch piece of crap TV; terrible cable; fuzzy; remote sucked #4 guy next door slamming door all night; screaming at someone;

Liked: because there's only about $70 but it was definitely not worth it
Disliked: it smelled and it was dirty .the floor felt unsafe like you it might fall through it-didn't even get into the beds
