Liked: Location. That is about it.
Disliked: Staff was very unfriendly and not welcoming at all. Have never stayed at a hotel where public was not allowed in lobby or front counter.

Disliked: Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Not allowed in lobby area at all. Room was not ready with comfortable heat and blankets. Room smells like moth balls.

Disliked: The lady that checked us in as well as the “hidden fees” not shared during booking my trip.Upon arrival, the woman was very rude. They would not allow customers into the lobby. She only talked to me through the window.She then told me that I had to pay $50/night if I had a pet. We chose them because they were pet friendly. In the confirmation, it said that a “fee may apply” with no indication that it would almost double the nightly rate. She then wanted to argue. She asked “Are you mad?” I said “Yes, as this was not explained when I booked.” She then said “Do you not want to stay here?!” Thankfully we had family in town that could keep our dog…so I said that we would not have our dog with us. She then, after running my credit card, asked me for $20 as a security deposit.We got to our room and while it was not “dirty” - the towels and washcloths had hair in the fibers and there was a few hairs in and around the sink. Which looked like it was from the housekeeper while cleaning the room/washing the linens.When we checked out, she would not give me the $20 back until she had her housekeeper check the room to make sure it was “okay” to return my deposit.
