Great 2 night stay. Would...

Liked: Location was amazing. Very convenient for skiing. The condo was well stocked, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5.
Disliked: The condo we stayed in was actually quite loud. We could hear the groomers at night and a lot of outside noise. I would bring earplugs next time! The staff at check in didn't seem to be well versed with knowledge when we needed assistance. Quality food/restaurant options are limited.

Disliked: Was upgraded to a room facing ki slopes that had snow machines running round the clock. Was noisy trying to sleep

Disappointing

Disliked: I was locked out of my room and had to drive home 3 hours in the dark without my suitcase and cpap.

Mediocre stay

Liked: Summer time seems to be the slow time for this hotel. A lot of things were closed and it was very warm in the facility.
Disliked: I think the room hadn’t been occupied in a long time. There was a fair amount of dust build up and it had a vacant smell.

Liked: It was a perfectly nice room with comfortable beds.
Disliked: There is no air conditioning installed in any room at this facility. That was need-to-know information that the facility should have shared with you, and that you should have shared with me. The room temperature was 85 degrees when we went to bed. There was only one 2' X 2' window that opened. It was the worse two nights I have every spent in a hotel room. When I checked out the front desk clerk said that l should have been notified of the lack of air conditioning when I made the reservation. I will never use Booking.com EVER AGAIN!

Staff can’t get you even...

Disliked: The staff has no idea what service is. Been asking for Wifi password for 2 days with no answer, it says it all. The villa had a gas grill. After a day on the slopes we drove for 1h to get bbq supplies to find that the grill doesn’t have a gas tank. Staff was there only to find silly excuses refusing to do anything about it
