Great location, bathroom could be updated

Liked: The location was fabulous, very short walk to Paddington station The included breakfast was very fast and nice, lovely welcoming staff who were very helpful Easy check in process
Disliked: There was a sauna advertised but this was never mentioned on check in nor could it be found in the building, which is unfortunate as was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel Small room, which is what it is, I dont expect giant rooms in old buildings. The bathroom was very small, the toilet seat did not stay up when sat on it, the shower had just enough room to turn around. Unfortunately the drains did smell a little.

Liked: Title: Great Location, but Disappointing Room ServiceI recently stayed at Kingsway hotel and while the location was fantastic, I was quite disappointed with the room service. The bathroom wash sink was flooded with water due to poor drainage, making it difficult to use. The beds were also uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. On a positive note, the pillows provided were comfortable.The breakfast offered at the hotel was subpar. The tomato served seemed to be from a can and the fried eggs were overcooked. The overall quality of the breakfast left much to be desired.Additionally, the WiFi at the hotel was not working during my stay, which was inconvenient for both work and leisure purposes.Overall, while the location of the hotel was great, the issues with room service, breakfast quality, and WiFi connectivity were disappointing. I hope the hotel management takes these feedback points into consideration for future improvements.
