Disliked: I had to shorten my stay due to lockdown.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, excellent location, the staff were so lovely and professional
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Would do it again.

Liked: Spacious breakfast area and worked well this the COVID19 restrictions.The room was a good size for the money and no feeling of being ripped off.You can walk to Richmond park entrance for the fitter types.Free car park is a real bonus.

Comfortable, lovely stay would stay...

Liked: Breakfast very good. Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Tea & coffee in flasks, only lukewarm, may have been there from when breakfast started at 8am, we went at 9am to breakfast. I'm sure if we had asked for fresh coffee it would have been supplied. The young lady seemed to be doing several jobs, eg on reception, serving breakfast, we didn't like to ask for fresh coffee.

Liked: We are a family with 2 young children 2 & 4, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating when it came to ordering our evening meals.

Great value conveniently located hotel...

Liked: Spacious room with large bathroom and basic amenities in room like tea and coffee making. Great location in the Kingston area as easy to access most places from there.
Disliked: Had messaged property a couple of weeks prior to arrival regarding the need for space for 3 adults plus baby and asked for a baby cot for our 10month old(we had booked a room that could accommodate 4adults plus two children if needed) However on arrival was told there wasn't a babycot as there was large double bed and a single bed and should be enough space. It was indeed a large enough bed for baby and us parents to lie on and we were ok with that, but I'm sure there might be people who specifically would want a separate baby cot so really this should have been provided.Another thing is that the staff at breakfast weren't wearing face masks while attending to customers, they really should have.
