Liked: Beautiful stay, they upgraded us for free which was absolutely lovely.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Only stayed one night but the room was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful.

Liked: did not have breakfast at £ 15 each ? it looked a very nice place Amersham did not get the time to have a good look around . i loved the memorial Garden. if we have to go back i would book 2 nights
Disliked: the only problem was people going out the rooms and letting the door slam shut. the food was a bit pricey

Disliked: The very small window, that you couldn't turn off the heating in the bathroom.

Liked: parking and location to my place of work for the duration was ideal. The staff were excellent and efficient. Check in and check out seemless Evening meal was SUPERB
Disliked: room - noise islolation awful - I could hear the guest in the next / nearest room - blow their nose - use their loo and follow almost every word in their conversations Shower hose poor - leaked more water out of the back than came out of the shower head!
