Stayed one night to see a show at Lincoln Theater. Hotel very well located.

Liked: Lobby area; rooms were comfortable; shower very nice and rooms well appointed.
Disliked: No blow dryer in the room.

Liked: It is a very elegant fantastic hotel in a very central location. We loved it. You can feel the history here.

Liked: The staff were quite helpful. They management went out of their way to make our stay confortable and memorable. Everything we complained of were prompty attended to . For example, we complianed of lack of electric kettle to boil water to prepare infant mail, that was promptly provided. We also complained of lack bathtube to bathe our baby, the management bought a bathbowl to improvise. That was awesome. Kudos to Mike, a brilliant and friendly front desk officer, who always responded promptly to our needs.

Liked: Room was well designed and comfortable. Appreciated the amenities and the staff who happily answered our requests for any additional items we needed. So appreciate being provided our early check-in after a red-eye flight to DC
Disliked: One front desk agent was very grumpy and unfriendly. She did not wear a name tag or I would provide her name. She was there in the morning on Monday 4/1. Curly black hair. Never greeted us or smiled or looked up from the computer screen. Acted as if we were bothering her. Had no idea where the closest Metro station was! Your doorman were always smiling and helpful.
