Stayed one night to see a show at Lincoln Theater. Hotel very well located.
Liked: Lobby area; rooms were comfortable; shower very nice and rooms well appointed.
Disliked: No blow dryer in the room.

Liked: Great location; large, comfortable room; LOVED champagne/happy hour. Will definitely visit again!
Disliked: No extractor fan in bathroom.

It was fine.

Liked: Exellent front desk manager - taking care of the water preasure problems (calling for service), see below. Treated us for the first day breakfast as the beds were unprepared for the majority of the first evening, after several reminders, and we ended up with making our own beds.
The breakfast was good. A lot to choose from on the menue. One guy serving us at the breakfast was really nice, speedy service, friendly and short waiting time.
Nice area, good restaurants close by. 15 min walk to the White House.
Unfortunate that the staff couldnīt keep the same standard as front desk manager and the "friendly guy in the breakfast lounge"
Disliked: This hotel is not value for money! Too expensive given the service provided - appart from the 2 mentioned people above - front desk manager and "friendly guy in the breakfast lounge". One would expect a bit more given the price approx $1 700 / 4 nights + deposit $500. Breakfast not included. We were a family of five, upon arrival only the master bed was made. The sofa bed was lacking bedlinnen and the roll-away bed was missing, though ordered and confirmed. Before going out for dinner we (friendly) allerted the staff. Once arriving back at the hotel (jet-laged as we were coming from Europe) the beds were still unprepared - at 2200, evening (by now it was 0400 in the morning for us - due to jet lag). We had to call 2 addidional times and ended up making our own beds (sofa bed and arrange space for the roll-away bed). Basically impossible to wash your hair due du lack of water preassre in the shower. Slow service at the breakfast - approx 45 min waiting time until breakfast was served though very few additional guests in the breakfast lounge. Wine served in cans in the rooftop bar - one would expect a bottle, and wine poured in to a glass. Not a tin can. Didnīt try the wine.

Disliked: Elevators smelled of dog urine. Large dogs on lobby furniture, in eating areas and hall ways and rooms smelled of wet dog.

Liked: The Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel is very trendy and comfortable.
The wine hour at the reception was a good surprise and made us feel welcome and relaxed for the evening.

Great location, nice little pool
Liked: Easy to get to anywhere else in DC. Local area is filled with restaurants.Onsite restaurant had great menuPool was a welcome bonus on a hot day

Disliked: No bathtub, and no fan in the bathroom. Also, was unable to connect to Netflix via our iPhone iPad to the tv. Only has Samsung.

Disliked: Paying for parking and things in your room. The pool also wasn't heated.
