Good value for a short...

Liked: Everything was excellent until we got to the room.
Disliked: Floor of bedroom 513 was uneven and bathroom tiles & panels had been worked on and poorly reinstated.

Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: Property is extremely tired and in serious need of refurbishment. First room had a completely broken window seal and the second room I was put into had half the paint scraped from the wall and dirty marks throughout.All rooms at the rear of the property have to put up with a massive generator which constantly hums all day and night so you have zero chance of sleeping. Hotel staff don’t seem too interested in helping guests either. Overall for £150 a night I expect much much more. The recent rebrand to Leonardo improved the exterior but the interior needs serious work.

Great place for an overnight...

Liked: It was a lovely, clean, tidy room that was perfect for a couple. The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want to eat. All the staff were polite and friendly.
Disliked: If you were staying for longer than one or two nights, the size of the room we had may be a bit on the small side. The layout of the room could have been a bit better - the gap between the dresser/tv/desk area and the bed to get to the door and bathroom was a bit tight. The shower curtain was woefully inadequate at keeping water IN the bath/shower so I wouldn't leave items of clothing lying about.
