Liked: Staff, that it?s a apartment, has a bath as a bonus, roomy,
Disliked: It just needs some general updating, needs a bit of paint as you can see some marks from previous guests I assume, PowerPoint next to bed is that loose your phone charger only fits in one socket and barely works still, just a few things like that, Housekeeping did forget to take the bin out under the sink, but it wasn?t an issue, it was only forgotten, rest of the room was spotless.

I think the cigarette smoke...
Liked: The ease of checking is good and the staff were friendly when I spoke with them over the phone. The location was good for me.
Disliked: The smell of cigarette smoke was quite overwhelming and I contemplated trying to change rooms, but I arrived in the evening and thought it might be too late to change. The room was very tight and smaller than I expected.

Disliked: It was dirty definitely not up to Covid standards We paid for a spa it wasn?t working so we called staff who informed us they already knew but they gave us that room anyway ???? but we paid for a spa my husband asked would they give us some type of compensation they say we will call you back!! Still no call 2 days later? dodged a bullet I guess as the spa was also very dirty with hair in it also blankets on bed were not clean the lounge was old and dirty even lollies in the sofa over all bad experience

Liked: Size good.
Disliked: Couldn?t access entry door using code for the whole stay. Bathroom stunk of mild - had to leave vent on all night.

Disliked: ACCESS TO THE SITE WAS VERY DIFFICULT. FACELESS MANAGERS WERE NEVER TO BE SEEN. GETTING INTO THE SITE WAS DIFFICULT. TOO MANY PHONE MESSAGES OR EMAILS. TRAFFIC WAS NOISY. AIR CONDITIONING WAS DIFFICULT TO WORK OUT. I COULD NOT SEE ANY INSTRUCTIONS ANYWHERE
