Liked: Staff was great - everyone was so helpful and courteous.

Disliked: The staff shoulda offered more towels being that we stayed more than one night .. and when we did request them they didn�t have any ready that were clean.

Liked: - Location ( some bars and restaurants around, capitol etc) - Free parking - Clean room
Disliked: - Paid wi-fi - Hotel bar was closed, but it's due to COVID.

Decent Downtown Area Stay

Liked: The view of the city from the room was phenomenal.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the room?s bathroom. Neither the tub and toilet were clean.

Disliked: Very unclean in this Covid 19 atmosphere. Dusty and old apparent places that hadn't even been wiped down. No USB plugs completely outdated...would NOT recommend!

Liked: When I booked this Hotel I really thought it was gonna be really fancy Because it was associated with the Marriott which usually have quality hotels We had to switch to 3 different rooms its so bad
Disliked: When we first arrived the first room was nasty and dirty drawers would not close Second rooms was very hot / doors would not close The elevators smell like urine The maids act like they did not have tissue Very disappointed and no one tried to correct the situation just switching to different rooms did not offer a discount on room price free room next time or nothing this hotel has really disappointed me and my family
