Poor complaint on way.

Disliked: Everything. The payment had not gone through reception asking for my card and security code ??? I eventually paid via chip and pin.Description not accurate - poor state of repair - room backed onto a back road no security - 2 locks on door only one worked. Inner courtyard door not secure twist lock not secure. Slept with my bag on bed all night did not feel safe. Black mould around door frames and skirting boards. Bathroom recently redecorated however mould around bath and floor, leaking tap in sink.Non smoking room however stench of smoke surrounded the whole property.Poor hygieneCurtains off the railSmoke detector in room went off early morning and wouldn’t go off - staff advised only option open all doors Eventually came and took battery off.Bed sheets stainedPillows more like small cushions, bed uncomfortable etc.

Disliked: Huge cockroach in the room and when we showed the staff they did nothing about it. This place was not worth the 243.00 per night they are charging. DO NOT STAY HERE

Liked: Very friendly and courteous staff. The swimming pool and courtyard were very nice. Really enjoyed having them.
Disliked: Some of the pillow cases and sheets had small blood stains on them. Brought this up with the staff and they were replaced with clean ones immediately.Never had an experience like that at any hotel/motel. Front door needs replaced. It was cumbersome to lock and unlock the deadbolt due to the door being misaligned.
