Liked: When we checked in we were sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. The next room we got had missing blinds so the sun lit up the room too early.

Disliked: Based off pictures I paid for a recently remodeled room and that was absolutely not the case. It was the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room and hallway were incredibly outdated, nasty smell, stains on every wall, ceiling and floor. Carpet was torn up and nasty. There was only 1 outlet in the room to be used. The toilet in the bathroom continuously ran the whole time. The beds were okay. I'm sure that hotel has made a lot of money over the years, maybe put some of that money back into the hotel for your customers sake.
