location is good, I’m lucky...

Liked: I like that the property is near to store. I like the housekeeping staff, the housekeeping lady she’s super friendly and she do her job properly by checking important things works in the room.
Disliked: I didn’t like the property that it provides you with kitchen but no cooking equipment, secondly toiletries you need to pay extra.

Disliked: Originally booked a room with 2 bed , only to be told by the property manager upon check in that room is not available at this property and was also charged the full 565.64 for that room.was told I couldn't cancel or change my reservation without paying for a full night's stay here 100+ dollars....so I took a premium Queen room for 565.64 for a week and there is absolutely nothing premium about it. Pretty standard room with a full bed not a queen.... Check your reservation and question everything with these people

Disliked: Internet access was horrible. I was on the phone with iT for an hour and a half. All the time area in which my room was in smelled like Marijuana

Liked: the location was great. the staff were extremely rude and never in the office. I was over charged $120 and they never gave me a refund. I would not stay here again, the room was clean the bed was awful and it felt gross.
