We were at the Hotel...

Liked: Room and services by Staff. Ordering room service for meals.
Disliked: Quality of food provided did not meet expectations at main dining room. Orders were mixed up and by the time we received our they were not hot.

Exceptional

Liked: My room overlooked the Marina and water. It was quiet and delightful ! The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. I liked the bath and separate shower. The balcony was private to sit and have coffee in the morning.
Disliked: My only complaint it was fair distance to walk to the main building and carpark. After 10pm there is no Buggy service ? As I am an older gentleman some seating along the track would have been helpful.

Liked: We received a number of complimentary upgrades without requesting. Couldn’t fault the hotel or staff.
Disliked: Facilities were high quality with service to suit.

Lovely stay, needing an update...

Liked: The pools and the outlook.
Disliked: Black soil coming under the taps. Although the concierge attempted to carry our things to our room, it was too much and that resulted to my garments coming off their hangers and being crushed. I know he was CB upset that I wasn’t happy and was then unhappy with later having to attend to us.
