Liked: Pool was crowded, no clean towels. Music was good. Drinks at bar were weak.
Disliked: Too crowded, long wait at reception desk and staff was not informative. Not too friendly. No greeting.

Superb

Liked: Beautiful and very clean property in a great location 5 mins from airport. Lots of amenities (pool, pool bar, beach restaurant, spa etc) and lovely professional staff! Safe & walkable to CVS, mini supermarket, other hotels and restaurants and it has private beach access with free chairs , towels and umbrellas. 15-20 min cab or Uber ride to Old San Juan. Highly recommended!

Lobby nice, staff nice, fairly...

Liked: Beach was too rough, no life guards, and kept running out of chairs, but staff was great. It took me 45 min to get my lunch with my daughter one day at the ocean breezes grill/bar. It was a house salad and nachos.
Disliked: I asked for a boxed fan, never got. I would have packed one. was in booking too. I asked for a roll in cot bc we had a king bed with 3 people. 2 adults and one teen, made it a tad cramped. I never got the cot. I never got bottled waters during my stay and I was overcharged one drink on my room charge I just saw,

Liked: We loved that it was on the beach. Staff were kind and extremely helpful. The drinks were so good. My daughter and I had too many virgin mango frozen drinks! So good! An overall great stay. And Thank you for the vegan options! Would love to see even more on the menu!

Liked: The room was very nice, we loved the wrist band feature so we didn't have to carry any cash or a key with us. The beach area was very nice, great being able to have chairs and umbrellas set up for you. We did not use the pool.
Disliked: The staff was friendly but certainly not overwhelmingly helpful. At check in, nothing was shared about the dining options, the beach process, pool hours, gym information - really nothing but given our key. For as much as we paid each night for our stay, I felt there should have been a few water bottles included in our room, a little more attention to the customer in terms of making us feel like they cared we were there at check in. When I went to ask the "tours" staff member a question, she was borderline rude and not at all helpful. The beach and beach restaurant staff were great as were the bellman out front helping us with taxis, directions, suggestions etc. I would have also thought there would have been more activities on site such as outdoors games (corn hole, chess, jenga etc.), and other resorts nearby had sunscreen available by the pool and beach which also would been a nice feature.
