Nice hotel, staff, and clean...

Liked: Close to restaurants and shopping on Cannery Row.
Disliked: Didn’t like being swarmed by 4-5 staff the second I arrived. I also didn’t like the stuffed refrigerator either extremely overpriced beverages.

We had a great time...

Liked: Location was great, convenient to walking around and exploring Cannery Row. Some might find it annoying to be right in the middle of crowds of tourists. However, I am used to it and found it great to access plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was very clean and inviting. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and responsive.
Disliked: I’m not sure there’s much to complain about other than if folks don’t like being in the hustle and bustle of tourists. We enjoyed drinks at the bar both nights but didn’t eat at the restaurant, so can’t comment on quality of food. But the drinks were superb and customer service excellent!

Liked: Great location for visits to Cannery Row and Aquarium. Safe valet parking and walking to nearby restaurants super easy. Great food and staff. Room had great private walled patio.
Disliked: Be aware of dynamic pricing during popular local events.
