Liked: We were going to a concert at the O2 and this hotel is a 3 minute walk away via a private walkway. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a typical international hotel room without much character but was clean warm comfortable and a good size.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Beautifully presented and stunning views. Staff were lovely and very accommodating, great personal entrance to the 02.
Disliked: -it’s not that I didn’t like it but it is a suggestion really, the hotel should provide a golf buggy service to the hotel from the station to help people with their luggage, as it is a bit of a walk. -Pillows were not great, they need to be looked into, they were too soft but the bed was fantastic.-More information on the spa is needed
