Disliked: Room was very hot on arrival with the radiator on full blast. It was not possible to turn the radiator off and we got the manager to come up to the room where they agreed that it was probably a faulty valve. They agreed to get the heating completely switched off for the room. However, 2 hours later it had made no difference. Whilst they did find us another double room next door, this was a smaller room for space, and we had the inconvenience of moving rooms. Manager and staff were helpful but I think the issue should have been identified before our arrival.

Liked: I have stayed at the Duncow many times when visiting family as it is very local to where family stay . Rooms are a good size and comfortable.
