Stay good bad service &...

Liked: We have stayed here many times & our son daughter in law & son always join us for supper & breakfast. Never had a problem before but today was absolutely appalling. The food was disgusting especially my toast & my grandsons pancakes & fresh fruit ( which was anything but fresh) The young woman who was the manager tried to make excuses instead of saying sorry you had to wait so long. And said the toast can only be done on one side. We have always rated it & spent at least £400 this weekend. Last time aw stayed we had eight guests for a meal. Today’s efforts have definitely lost them good customers. She took off A breakfast & toast price. Not enough to entice us back.
Disliked: Property was lovely just the food & service today. James the chef & manager was on yesterday 100% perfect.

Liked: Nice quiet location, close to Aylesbury.
Disliked: Room was too hot to sleep, even with the window open.Room smelt of sewers.Disagorganised at breakfast, they need more staff.Expensive for what it is.
