Liked: Breakfast was great! There was a lot to choose from and it was fresh.

Great location for attractions.

Liked: The continental breakfast was good, however, didn't have the full variety of options during our stay. Not sure if they were out of certain things for the weekend.
Disliked: Only one elevator working. Apparently from visitors who stay more often, this has been an issue for over six months.

Took a lot of money...

Liked: I liked free breakfast and big rooms.
Disliked: They charged us 496 and then my bf 100 for a “deposit”. Even tho we wanted to pay cash. Have to wait a couple business days for a refund. Don’t know why they kept recharging us if it said it didn’t go through.

Good night sleep, well run...

Disliked: Decaf coffee in the morning was ice cold, breakfast was fair.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very spacious and the breakfast was good. The staff was attentive and gracious. The location was very close to where my step-dad was.
Disliked: Liked it all.

Need compensation for a bad...

Liked: Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Loud music played in the parking lot next to our room windows until after 2am so kids could not sleep. Police activity in parking lot. Very displeased
