While it was within walking distance to the arena it was close to a not so populated area so the walk was not the best in the dark. The parking was confusing. The staff was great. Very clean and updated lobby and great breakfast.

Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: Broken furniture and location.

No fancy amenities, pool, lounge etc., but the price didn't allow for all the extras. It suited our needs perfectly - we really only spent time sleeping, changing, etc. The facilities were excellent, and close to all area attractions.

Liked: Clean rooms. Excellent, friendly staff at desk and housekeeping.

Best downtown atlanta stay!

Liked: It was close to everything we needed. We were safe secure. The staff was helpful in any way and made us feel comfortable. The room was perfect for what we needed. Having included breakfast was a nice needed touch on those days you needed substance to get the day started. The bed was soooooo comfy and omg the water pressure was everything. After days of walking and adventures to come back to the shower the bed and the ac.....I'm staying here everytime I'm in the area. Anthony was able to help me out on the day or my early arrival and it was smooth sailing until I checked out. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping were absolute treasures and I thank you all for a great stay! The front entrance is so comfy and welcoming and the location was easy to find. I literally walked everywhere because the hotel was centrally located. There's convenient stores and food places pretty much within a block. Great place!

Liked: Staff was phenomenal. Oliver and Anthony C made my stay worth it. Their customer service is exceptional and they are happy to help with any issue you may have. The breakfast was good and convenient and the location is everything! I will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Night time desk clerk could maybe smile, but it was 4:45am when I checked in so I am sure he was tired. Also there was no hair dryer in my room and we really needed one; when we asked the lady downstairs for one she said she could get one out of another room but it would be tomorrow. That wasn't any help to us because we needed it that night. lol

Liked: The best thing about this place was the manager.
Disliked: Definitely dont understand how this hotel is rated anything above a 2. It feels like a motel 6 that was updated 10 years ago.

Liked: I enjoyed the location of the hotel because I was right in the middle of everything for the most part. The staff was nice and it was great they served breakfast.
Disliked: The room was just average and the TV needs an upgrade.
