Overall the experience was good besides the fact that the shower was broken.

We had a small issue with the bathroom and were moved to a different room. The hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly. My daughter and I felt safe. It was a wonderful get away!

Liked: Check in was quick and easy.

Better than what I was...

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful, the lady running it did fantastic. Beds were comfy and I still say Sleep in has some of the best pillows.
Disliked: Pool could have been open, currently being used as extra storage. And restaurant in front was closed down. Nothing else negative.

Disliked: My friend had bed bugs and you refused to provide any amount of accommodations

Liked: You get what you pay for
Disliked: Our sheets were stained and reported to the front desk. We left and came back 6hrs later and nothing changed. We had to change the sheet’s ourselves! The staff isn’t friendly
