Liked: The location
Disliked: No staff on premise in order to drop bags off, was forced to wait outside the door for an hour. Unable to control heat so we kept door open and was forced to listen to street noise and endure smell of cigarettes wafting into room. Concerns over the cleanliness of glasses that were provided as there was a watered down bottle of dish detergent. We did expect quirky but what we got was rundown. Broken pieces of furniture is really a stretch to label as antiques.

Liked: Location was great! Victor was awesome.
Disliked: That there was a lot of confusion when I arrived. There was no person to contact the day of my arrival! Thankfully Victor was on the property, told me the building code and which room I was in, and that code as well!

Disliked: 50 dollar cleaning fee is extortion. It should be factored into the price. Not sure if its Booking.com or the hotel levying this. Not a factor. I would be using either again

Liked: The presentation in Booking was magnificent. But the reality was different. I moved to a better hotel. It may be a good place to people wanting a cheap hotel with some charm. In this case, it may be convenient. The location is fantastic.
Disliked: My room was underground, with windows to the sidewalk. The stairs to access it were unconfortable. The bed made noise and was small. I moved to a highest standard hotel.
