Had a great visit we...

Liked: Asked for a sea view, well we couldn't have got any closer to the sea unless we slept on the beach!! stunning view of Caldy Island. The room was spotless and lovely and warm, (in fact we turned the radiator down). Easy all night parking just across the road and a two minute walk into the center of Tenby. Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble for them. Hope to go back soon maybe when the weather is a bit nicer so we can use the fab beaches.
Disliked: Can't think of anything negative to say.

The Staff made it enjoyable.

Liked: Fabulous staff and a hotel in a wonderful setting. Sadly the years have taken its toll and updating is badly needed. Hopefully this will be done to bring it back to where it was. It has a nice rear patio for relaxing in the sun, sadly the sun has been hibernating this year, 2024.
Disliked: Sadly food is only available for breakfast. The lockdown I believe has taken its toll on one of the best hotels in Tenby in its day, I can only hope it will have care showered on it and brought back to life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The staff were really friendly - the location is GREAT!, our room was so spacious and we had the sea view from our windows. The bed and sofa were super comfortable. It’s an old building, so of course it isn’t perfect. But it was clean, and they are renovating. It was perfect for us and our little dog :)
Disliked: The only negative (and I’m being picky!) is maybe a top window that opens instead of the bottom window (in our room) - we couldn’t pull the window all the way up because our dog is a little explorer.
