Liked: Err. No, can't think of anything about the hotel. Drag racing at Santa Pod was wonderful though.
Disliked: Hotel changed from Ibis to Travelodge the week before our booking date, but we were not informed and therefore our rooms were not available. Due to changeover, total calamity. Uncleaned room, no stock (beer, coffee etc.), stressed staff becoming rude. Without doubt worst hotel experience ever.

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and attentive. When my father took ill and had to have an ambulance take him to hospital they were marvellous.... very helpful and couldn't do enough for us over the weekend. Will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Change of hotel chain:No internet connection. Between the time you leave the room (morning) and the return at the end of the afternoon: Towels not changed - Bin not emptied and sheets not changed.
