Comfortable, cozy, and easy enough...

Liked: The hotel was in a convenient location to a concert we attended. Easy access and very easy to find and easy to navigate the area. The room was nice and roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk people were welcoming and friendly!
Disliked: A few things I didn’t like was the cost was a bit high but convenient to where we had to be. The second thing it was a $25 charge to park which I think should be included in the price you pat to stay!

Hotel was a good value...

Liked: The hotel location was convenient. The restaurant had great service. The employees were nice and very helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is a little dated with no USB ports. Parking was difficult with a full garage and many spaces dedicated to a restaurant that is no longer there.

It was OK we would...

Disliked: Buffet breakfast should have eggs made to order included for the price instead of just plain old scrambled eggs from liquid eggs. Also, there should be sausage gravy.

Liked: 24 hour shuttle , I was stuck at the airport overnight and they got me to the room fairly fast and checked in
Disliked: They didnt have a lil store where I could buy a brush , toothbrush etc, since my luggage was checked

Very happy time, safe and...

Liked: The staff was excellent, kind, courteous and professional. Alot of professionalism is lost in the world right now, but not at this facility, it was excellent!!!! Everyone treated me like I was a Millionaire, with respect and very personable. I will stay there again.
Disliked: I left to down town and the walk in the middle of the night from the parking structure to the Hotel was very scary, but that walk would be the same at any Hotel if I think about it.
