Stay was great. I was a little disappointed that there was no hot tub - everything else was great. Friendly staff; clean.

My stay was good and...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and room was spacious. Check-in and out were great and clerk was very courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Difficulties in unlocking the door. Believe problem was with the mechanism and not the key. Items left in refrigerator from previous guest. No daily housekeeping. No microwave in the room.

I’ll chose another hotel next...

Liked: Room had a modern look, layout of the room was nice, hallways smelled of fresh carpeting, main areas looked recently updated.
Disliked: Staff was not friendly or welcoming upon our arrival and charged us $75 for our puppy. I was surprised by the fee. I had read the hotel was pet friendly, but wasn’t aware of the fee. The staff member wasn’t very service oriented. In the room, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable even for the one in our party that enjoys camping. He was up at 430 because it was so uncomfortable. We chose this room so everyone could have a bed and we could all be together. An uncomfortable bed breaks the deal. Stains on the sofa too. Hair dryer didn’t work. Microwave in the breakfast area didn’t work. There was not a plentiful supply of breakfast food and there were unclean tables in the eating area not attended to. Pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom in the shallow end, there weren’t enough clean towels for guests in pool area. We chose this hotel because of the pool, but not even my children wanted to go in because it was not clean.

Mini Family Trip

Liked: We loved how sound the rooms were. We had family next door to us & when we asked if they could hear our kids making noise. They said no which made it nice bc having kids you worry about disturbing others. But we didn't hear anything inside our room either. We loved how nice & helpful the staff was. This property was beautiful too!We also loved the second breakfast area, it aloud us to keep our kids secluded in a "private room" which was helpful bc they can often times be rowdy.
Disliked: The pool temperature. Having kids & expecially a baby the temperature made it hard to allow us to keep our baby in the water before she got really really cold. Our family loves swimming but the water was way to cold. Something that couldn't be helped was the size of the bathroom. It was alittle tiny & made it hard with having kids but it obviously did its job! :) The only true complaint was our door to get into the room. You had to insert your card multiple times to get it to go green. We mentioned it to the front desk, they told us they would have maintenance look at it and change the batteries to make it easier for us to access our room. But when we arrived back after our activities for the day we were still having the same issue. We ended up just dealing with it but it was just kind of annoying when your trying to just come back and get into your room to relax.
