Fine. Not as good as...

Liked: Location is great. Access to the shops and restaurants is a real bonus.
Disliked: There was a smell in the hallway. And I had asked for an early morning taxi. Although it appeared that staff was taking the info down, the next morning, there was no note or cab ready.

Disliked: Lighting in room. No microwave....slamming doors. They need cushion between frame and door

Liked: Located near so much shopping and restaurants
Disliked: There was a fire drill and the elevators were out for several hours. We had to walk up and down 7 flights

Liked: The stay at Hyatt was wonderful, I loved the location in the center of Cross County shopping, the breakfast was good with many choices. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Using the key card in elevator was not easy.
