Liked: Property was very accommodating! My flight arrived early and they were gracious to provide me with an early check in. Hotel was clean with updated look and feel and very close to beach and shops. There’s also a nice street full of food trucks nearby! Very friendly and helpful staff as well. My favorite hotel in Honolulu!
Disliked: Nothing it was great!

Liked: The location was great. Beach chair and beach towel rentals were great
Disliked: Breakfast location is not ok. Not enough space, too windy and rainy, and birds were attacking. Also it didn’t help that tons of high schoolers were staying there and loud at night.

Liked: The breakfast and staff are all really nice.
Disliked: The elevators were problematic and the lobby was filled with students at times. Who wouldn't move or shift. That was definitely one of the downsides.

Absolutely great hotel!

Liked: Bedding was extremely comfortable & room very clean. Beach was a quick walk away & beautiful. Beach towels & chairs provided by hotel. Consiger service outstanding! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Exceptional

Liked: The staff are exceptional, and the service was wonderful! The location is very good. Breakfast served on the 3rd floor was always tasty.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have more dining options on site, but there is so much within walking distance. I was hoping to have a bathtub in the room, but the shower was spacious. The only thing I would ask is to improve on the lighting around the vanity.
