All the staff is kind. You never forget a visit ato Hyatt Place. Next time if I visit Toronto I will for sure stay here. Excellent service; great breakfast and excellent service at reception.

Liked: The disability room size is one of a kind. The space is impressive. Also, the environment is clean, and there was access to a microwave, which I find interesting. Breakfast was ok too, with the option for takeaway coffee and tea
Disliked: First impression is crucial in a business, I was disappointed that I had to wait a while before checking in because no one was at the reception, and when someone eventually came, there was no apology infact her response was not impressive. Maybe it is one of the bad days, I guess. Otherwise, everything else was fine!
