Liked: Front desk was super friendly, got there before check in time, (my first trip to San Antonio so I wasn't sure how the traffic was), and they worked with me so well on getting my room ready. Did have a problem with the lock on the door, let them know about it, and got it fixed right away. Breakfast was really good. I would recommend the oatmeal. Was close to a few restaurants, which was convenient. Definitely will try to book here again if I go back to San Antonio.

Liked: Decent breakfast layout
Disliked: I requested a few more hangers and never got them. The phone in our room did not work for two days. They replaced the coffee, but did not replace the sugar and cream in our room. They never replaced the tiny soap for the sink. The trashcan was so tiny that you put one thing in there and it’s full. They did not clean crumbs that were on the counter. They did not clean the tables where we ate breakfast. The woman servicing the breakfast room was grouchy. We felt that we were completely overcharged, and that this place did not reach Hyatt standards.
