Very good

Liked: The room and the location were great.
Disliked: The pool was dirty with hair floating in it. The pool deck spelled a bit like urine.

Good in all other respects.

Disliked: Could not get hot water for a cup of tea. Only thermos containers of hot water gone room temperature. I tried to ask for help, but staff was clearly over worked or understaffed, and would not even make eye contact

fun place and nice facilities, better staff would solve all problems.

Liked: nice scenery and mall
Disliked: staff was rude and blew us off, did not have room anywhere near ready when we arrived for check in at 3, had to wait over an hour to finally get to our room after having the check in person roll her eyes at us.
