Employees were all great but the food services needs considerable improvement.

Liked: All employees encountered were friendly and helpful. The place is very clean.
Disliked: This Hyatt is terrific EXCEPT food service. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. It's just that the food services are very limited and it's not geared for taking hot coffee/ tea to one's room. They do not have handy cardboard trays for these such as McDonalds does. The employees were fine but the food services needs great improvement.

Disliked: It was a little further from where we wanted to be, but that was lack of planning on my part.

Liked: Spacious room and good gym facility. Breakfast was good with a selection of different hot and cold options.
Disliked: Not a huge amount of space at breakfast and tables were dirty. People filled vacated tables with the expectation of clearing your own dishes but tables were not wiped by staff.

Disliked: The AC was extremely loud and woke me up. The shower had a wall nit of shampoo and soap, but it was empty so no one had bothered to check it prior to the renting of this room. the breakfast was the poorest I’ve experience in any of these types of hotels. Minimal options and quality was poor.
