Liked: I really liked the location, the breakfast was also very good. Very kind staff.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable, the sheets on the sofa bed had a bad smell. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, there were several hairs in the bathtub and the door was very difficult to open and close.

Great breakfast and room but...

Liked: The rooms were big and the breakfast was generous.
Disliked: I had asked prior to arrival if they had a pay laundry and they said yes. After travelling for 4 weeks it was devastating to find the laundry didn’t work. We were sent to hotel nearby to use theirs where it ate our money and then the dryer didn’t work. One kind staff member did dry out clothes for us but I would never have booked this hotel if I knew they didn’t have a working laundry. I also booked for the free shuttle to Disneyland but the times were 9:45am or 10:45am and returning at 7:30pm or 9pm. Very hard to get an early start at a park or stay for the fire works that are not on until 9pm! Again if I had known how limited the shuttle was I would not have booked this hotel. Pool is average and they often send people to use the Sheraton pool over the road which is odd.

Good option if price is...

Liked: It was fine! Good location just outside main entrance. Clean and nice staff
Disliked: Bit sterile to be honest and given facilities very expensive. I’d choose it if you get decent price
