I loved it.

Liked: The room exceeded my expectations, the breakfast offerings were outstanding, and the bed more comfortable than the one I have at home.

Disappointing

Liked: Hotel was comfortable, good breakfast.
Disliked: Employees were not helpful at all, prior to arrival they did not answer questions I sent per email. On check-in, they were not very welcoming. They entered the room, while do not disturb was hanging on the nob of the door. On check-out they were unable to provide a printed invoice, and said they would email this at a later date. They never did. Not all towels in my room were clean.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, and the property was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! So many choices and it was clean and the staff was awesome!
Disliked: The parking is terrible. We came in late night and struggled to find a spot. We had to wait for someone to leave.

Superb

Liked: Extraordinary good breakfast with real silverware, plates and glasses although most Americans unfortunately chose the plastic / styrofoam option. Sad.
Disliked: Shuttle did come to airport, no dinner possibility at hotel

Disliked: Traffic noise
