It was adequate

Liked: The breakfast was dismal and very disappointing. Everything was fried and not fresh. There was no bacon and proper sausages, no scrambled eggs (just hardboiled), the stewed fruit were just defrosted mixed berries with no taste and no consistency, no maple syrup (just the high fructose syrup). Not worth 11$
Disliked: There was no body cream in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was hard to maneuver and the door to the shower impossible to open and close without breaking a finger.

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: TV/remote did not work. Breakfast food was almost out by 9:30, supposed to be open until 10:00. They did make more when we asked, but out of bagels and sourdough.

Love Hyatt but just not...

Liked: Location, check in, and room was suitable for one night.
Disliked: My room was not cleaned to Hyatt Standards. The amenities in the shower were empty.The trash wasn’t clean and the fridge was not okay for food to be stored. Ended up throwing away half of a Annesso Pizza.When I mentioned at check out gentlemen really didn’t show any empathy just said he was sorry about that? This is the typical service all hotels in this category cannot overcome. And quite honestly why these places struggle with this level of service but somehow they are still always booked solid?
