We were very impressed with the set up of the rooms, service, and cleanliness of the hotel. The first night we were put into a room that had a blower going and when we called down to the front desk, they not only moved us to another room, but met us with the new keys. Staff was very apologetic for the mistake. We have had to change rooms before for similar reasons but this was the first time we were met by the staff. We would definitely recommend the Hyatt and look forward to staying there again on our next to trip to Cowtown.

Disliked: There were tears in most of the faux leather chairs in the entry/dining area. As able, it would be great for the hotel to invest in higher quality pullout sofas.

Liked: Beautiful accommodation right in the heart of cow Town. Large clean rooms with everything you need. Great breakfast, friendly and very professional and efficient staff. Lovely place to stay where you don't have to get caught up in the traffic and you can just walk everywhere. Very much recommended.

Disliked: Is absolutely no value fir money.Me and my family paid 700$ per nite, is a 3 star hotel with dated furniture, no helped when you arrive with luggage, mediocre breakfast and poor service.The second day they didnt clean/make the room, justifing that sometimems they do it for environmental saving… For such cost customers espect shining rooms.
