Liked: Loved the location and room size
Disliked: We booked this hotel as is had an indoor pool however the pool was ice cold. I’ve never been to a hotel with an indoor pool so freezing cold

Liked: The hotel was clean
Disliked: I paid for one king bad and a sofa bed. But, there was no sofa bed!

Good safe place to stay...

Liked: The security was good, breakfast was very good and included, staff was very accommodating, pool was clean (but cold!), Room was a decent size
Disliked: No real complaints, I was able to find street parking because the on-site parking was full (typical)

Disliked: There was a woman at the front desk who was quite rude and not very helpful when we asked her for help riding the bus.

Great Hotel - Great location...

Liked: Staff were very welcoming after a long journey and offered us an upgraded room as we were there for a full week, which we could access the following day. When I asked the same member of staff the following day about the room upgrade she had offered, she was very dismissive & short with me, so we stayed in our original room, which was fine.Every other member of staff from reception to cleaners to catering staff were helpful & engaging. The place was beautifully clean all the time & is perfectly located for easy travel around the city, both for walking & using public transport. Huge room for 3 & sofa bed was pretty good. It would have been palatial for 2.
Disliked: Breakfast was adequate in content but completely chaotic. There were too few tables available for the size of hotel & the placement of food, which forced the queuing system was really badly thought out. I don't think the time breakfast was open helped very much either. (7.30 to 9)Would have been nice to have been able to open windows in the room & the room had little natural light. (Difficult for make-up application, apparently) But these were minor matters & didn't distract from an overall great stay at The Hyatt.
