Disappointing

Disliked: Once again I was very disappointed with the fact that the beach and pool were not available once again, Your company should make that information available before I booked. I would not have stayed at your facilities at the price you are charging. I will not be back,

Liked: We thought it was close to the ocean but after we arrived we were told no access to beach or pool- would have booked alternate place if previously told
Disliked: Elevators always had lots of sand in them and lobby not very clean. See above too

Disliked: Hotel does not have a pool.

Disappointing

Disliked: There was no pool access due to it still not being fixed. I didn’t find out until we arrived. Also no beach access so you have to go park elsewhere. It was so busy we couldn’t even enjoy the complementary breakfast. Other places didn’t have any issues with there pools so we were disappointed

Disliked: I didn’t have hot water the whole 4 days.Even switch rooms still no hot water. No pool booking & there website it is saying that they have a pool they do not.
