My stay was quiet and...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The items were fresh and pleasant. However, some consideration should be given to the fresh fruit mixture, the mixture ingredients were competing versus complimenting.
Disliked: I am a senior citizen and a retired disabled veteran, I was told I was not eligible for any discounts because I reserved my room through "Booking.com," not the hotel.🤷

Disliked: The credit card machine in the front did not work upon my arrival. Also, the printer did not work and I really needed some important papers printing which was a huge inconvenience to my purpose of my trip. Also, when I grabbed a glass of wine at the end of the evening, I felt I was inconveniencing the front desk person initially. Also, when the bottle of wine was opened, they did not remove the aluminum seal and aluminum fragments went in my glass that I had to fish out (realizing it when I went back to my room). The morning that I was checking out, there was a stink bug in my kitchen. When the front person asked how my stay was, I let her know of the bug, and no comment was made. Disappointing in many areas.
