Besides the air conditioner rattling when turned on, everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Our room was beautiful, tidy, and best of all - the beds were super soft. We had one noise complaint but the staff promptly addressed the issue and it was quiet the rest of the night. The hotel is in a nice area. I loved it, would recommend and definitely stay again!

Liked: Friendly staff; beautiful, clean rooms; in a great area.
Disliked: Doors were kind of thin - could hear people when walking through the halls, but not a huge deal. The AC unit in my room rattled a bit.

Disliked: They wouldnt clean but after you left or every 8 days When we booked it we was to have a king bed with a sofa in it we had a chair and when we ask the front desk they said that they didnt have sofa in the rooms anymore but later I seen in other rooms

Disliked: I just wish it was more on a main Street it was up in the woods so very quiet

Disliked: The sofa bed advertised with our suite was not a sofa, nor a bed- it was a chair.

Liked: Sunni, front desk person was awesome! Fixed my problem- since they had given away my rooms, even though I called to check that they would be available
Disliked: Broken phone, broken exercise equipment. Gave away my rooms- I reserved a king room w pull out couch- needed two beds and was given a room with one bed. Night front desk person did nothing to resolve the problem and even lied about what he was doing . Told me he was looking for roll a way beds - came to find out the hotel doesn’t even have one. Said he would call the manager but left a message on the sales office line- that was closed at 11pm. I had to stay up until 2:30 in the morning trying to rectify the situation. Plus had to share a bed with my colleague because they gave away my rooms. When they finally resolved my problem the following morning my- and I was moved to the rooms I had reserved, I was told there were no more blankets for the pull out couch. I had to be cold while sleeping . It was 30-40 degrees in Cleveland at the time. Oh! And the night worker - Alex- was high every night. We stayed 5 nights and every night we saw him there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana.

Disliked: It was extremely expensive for what it was, admittedly this was during the solar eclipse, but still the price was outrageous. The hotel staff were average - the front desk has loud music playing when I checked in and I couldn’t hear the front desk attendant, I asked him to turn it down or speak a little louder and he refused
